TSE was originally WOTM'd out; however, after looking at the games he is currently playing in, it is apparent he has changed his playstyle. With that in mind, I felt comfortable enough allowing him to rejoin under the condition he agreed to a statement that basically said he won't do what he did again, and if it happens, I can forcibly replace him.
