the red flag is him not claiming his actual pr to make it unambiguously tvs, he doesn't need to claim how it's gated but i want at least "yes this is unambiguously tvs" before we flip this, whether that's a roleclaim, track to not-bearhugs, or not-doctor result can remain ambiguous so we don't get some dumb claim tomorrow
