Nah honestly openwolf is legit tactics sometimes, like from what I see you understood of your role, you played it well. Weird, but well.

In a gamestate where scum isn't getting limmed left and right its aight but I think the best play was on D2 to fake a guilty on me.

Ofc that requires people to know how to read me so :P

Like I said

We had a common enemy to go after in the mafia and it was a good idea to use that to our advantage

But we also had to sort our masonmates

In post 4172, Taco Hemingway wrote:this game is further proof for me that masonries are +ev or -ev purely based on rand lmao after seeing who was the monk team...

if you want to be a better mason/monk a big tip is that YOU ARE INFORMED. People WILL read you as informed. This will inevitably lead to people solving the game around you thinking you might be scum because you are acting weird around your partners. Like if your read gets called wrong... listen to people instead of acting entitled because you know you're a role who is self clearing with a group of others... put your ego away when you're mason/monk. You're an activated IC who is acting as a VT. That's it. You know people are town yes, but people that aren't informed of that don't KNOW that. thank u for reading this mason PSA(as mason is my fave role but also frustrating to play against when played wrong)
Koba, I wanted to kill you because you spent too much time yelling at us and calling us bad when we were actively killing scum.

Had nothing to do with your read on me <3

If Taco initiates a hard 1v1, we're guaranteed a scum.

If Taco backs down and fullclaims after Anya claims, then we can assess both individuals' claims and see if there's 0 or 1 wolves between them and if 1 which one it is.

But either way we don't force Taco to fullclaim first (claiming who the result is on is enough) and we don't eliminate Taco before Anya claims.
<3 thanks mastina for being a voice of reason this was the correct play.
I always agreed with this logic, and did not vote you until after Anya claimed

I still think that voting you, then viging Anya at night if you flipped town was the safer play. I had you in a "probably not mafia and probably not werewolf, but
maybe
malefactor" at the start of the day, so I played accordingly

Like, if you were town, then we were in auto win and the order DID NOT MATTER, but if you were malefactor, voting you first was better.

Voting you first NEVER resulted in a loss, but voting you first had a small chance of avoiding a malefactor play.

There was no risk in voting you off first, but there was a benefit, so I voted for you

----

Now that everyone's roles have been revealed, it turns out the vig was 2 shot so that was not quite how it would have played out, but even then it still would not have lowered our win chances because we could have just shot Anya the next day.

Yes, I thought Anya was more likely to be scum then you were to be malefactor

Yes, I voted you.

Yes, I think that that was the +win rate play.

Oh, a few more thoughts from me:

1) Vaxkiller was never actually in my scum pile. I just saw "I check as having a gun" and wondered why you would ever say that, since that's drawing a target on your back made of moon rocks. I figured that Vaxkiller was wolf-bulletproof (Wolfsbane), so I kept gently saying that the claim should be treated as scum in the hopes that a wolf would attack. In practice, the scum teams had bigger fires to put out. Later, I decided that the read didn't make sense, especially with a vigilante obviously running around.

2) This post gave me some kind of euphoria.

I do declare that none of the townies in this game have earned a sentence in Bad Player Jail.
Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.
