Gg all. Norwee played a good game. I think I called him fringe scum in thread but via hood play thought he was pretty townie. Mastina I kept waffling on. The reads were way to on point to not be suspicious. But there were scummier slots to try to get through.

Also dropped the ball, I expected flavor to play a part but didn't expect FC to be as strong as it was intended here.

Oh and i see a lot of theories on "why didn't Norwee claim molded on the night that his target died?"
Well the thing is, i was planning to do EXACTLY that, but then an certain someone with an role called Galron came on with the ability to communicate with the dead, and it just so happens that Sircakez told me that "Players that die will still get notified of molding" So know what that means? It means that if i fake claim being molded on the night that a player dies, they can then tell Galron that i am lying and send the message to the alive thread!

Honestly that ability for town was pretty anti-mold because it left no room for me to fake claim unless if i were to not use my ability on a night and do nothing. (Which i wasn't interested in doing unless i got very lucky with targeting players that stay in the game)

And i also did not want to kill on a night prior to nuking everyone because i wanted town and scum to keep guessing what mold is, and not outright make it clear what it is.

Biggest oof's was targeting TWIE because my assumption was that this was an slot that would likely stay alive until endgame because it was quiet and not overly scummy. Then que Tet immediately posting that this was the scummiest slot ever and that we should kill them, and me thinking "oh well, i'll just go along until they claim molded and them back off" but THEY NEVER CLAIMED BEING MOLDED -.-

And StD was unlucky because it would have been the correct shot if they didn't bodyguard and lead the scum to kill them, even though i correctly predicted scum wasn't likely to want to kill them

Yeah, Cakez explained that to me in the spec thread. I did not think they would know, because he said that invests would not get their results on the night they died.

Also I gotta say I'm kinda disappointed:

Lots of people were saying, "scum are in a tight spot", "scum look like they will lose", "scum are definitely having the walls close in on them", etc....

...But in postgame it was all "gg Norwee you did well" with no mention of the scum having done well.

I worked hard to orchestrate the Cephrir interactions the way we did and yet in spite of hard-bussing him, keeping him alive by going for the town slot three days in a row, and aside from one random comment from Andante and tictac on the last game day after being at L-1, nobody, not a single person without spoilers, suspected that mastina-Cephrir was the scumteam. Everyone who scumread one of us was townreading the other.

Worst part, is that he must think he won.

I mean we were planning to weaponize that the entire time. Norwee having immunity to being roleblocked threw a wrench in our plans, but we were always planning on making Norwee thought he had won with the tictac elimination when he hadn't.

Scum had some good target selection and a lot of the game played off Ircher interactions. Town never gelled and after the Twie elim I don't think scum was really in a tight spot. Mush pushing Ceph was promising but the core didn't hold.

Also 3p is just easy to give props to for being the super underdog.

Sorry I didn't congratulate you guys too. Congrats on the win. - I was just way more focused on the 3p the entire game. Like, off the bat I was rooting for them, because I like 3p. I wasn't really keeping tabs on you guys as much.

I also noticed that the op neither confirms nor denies there is third party. I like third parties. If there is one, I am rooting for them now.

I thought the scum team played well even if there were challenges there.
But mostly the town thinks they didn’t play well. Which is the consensus except for the folk who died early and they thought they played well and that’s why they got shot.

Except for me. I would probably have just been blocked all game from a cephrir lim proving totally ineffectual.

I do consider this game a mafia win like Norwe does but I also think there wasn’t much norwe could do to improve their position. They played well. There were some low points in their play but they made up for it.

But it genuinely feels like town killed themselves. I don’t want to take away from it though. You guys won, by definition you played well.
