- You have about 60 hours to confirm your role and your alignment by PM. Game will start when 14 players have confirmed.

Prods
- You must post game advancing content at least once every 36 hours or I will Prod you. You then have 24 hours to post in the game thread or I will replace you. If you return before I find a replacement you may stay in the game. Players not checking in within 24 hours of the night must send me a confirmation PM that night phase or be replaced. Receiving 3 prods results in forced replacement. Prods may be requested to be given early but will not count as an official prod until the 36 hours are up and the official prod PM is sent.

Voting

. Use vote tags whenever possible. If I think it is a vote, it counts as a vote.

Elimination
- Elimination phases end early when a simple majority of players (>50%) vote to eliminate somebody. If a majority is not reached at deadline or if a majority of the players vote for no elimination, the phase will end without an elimination. 50% of votes are sufficient for no elimination. If three consecutive phases pass with no deaths, then the elimination method will change to be plurality. This will be publicly announced.

Twilight
- Begins when a majority is reached and lasts until I lock the thread. You're still alive until I flip you so you can talk in any game threads you have access to until then, but votes are locked and cannot be changed.

Night and Noon
- Night and Noon last 48 hours. I will send messages halfway through these phases to any players with an action (other than limited shot actions) that have not submitted an action.

Death
Do not post in any private threads or the main thread after you are dead unless otherwise told you are allowed to. Do not make a Bah! post.

Action submissions
- You may submit actions via PM (if Town) or PT (if Scum). If the actions are not submitted by the deadline then you do nothing. You can change your mind as many times as you like before the deadline. Actions may be scheduled ahead of time. All actions should be sent via PM unless specified otherwise in your role PM. The Scumteam should send their actions via PT.

The game starts in Dusk phase, then changes to night phase, then changes to dawn phase, then changes to noon phase. Most actions are performed at noon or night, eliminations are performed during Dusk and Dawn phases.

Bastardness
This game does qualify as bastard, but the bastard elements are kept to a minimum. Mod-given information is true.

Limited Reveal
Factional abilities will not be revealed when a faction member dies. Role abilities and alignment still flip as normal.

Solar Cult and Lunar Cult
- These are the two scum factions. They have nonstandard factional abilities and are not neccisarily identical. Although they are flavored as cults, conversion abilities are neither confirmed nor denied to exist.

Third Parties

Each non-town faction
wins when they make up half the remaiming players, and the other scumteam is all eliminated.

Random
elements may be present in the setup, but none will be randomized after the start of the game.

Quick Addition to the rules because I missed it before: Hydrae will receive a PT to communicate amongst themselves and may perform their actions there instead of via PM if town, but should still give actions via PT if non-town.
Directly quoting from the Hydra PT is not allowed in the same way it functions for Notes PT and all Mod correspondence. Drafting Posts there is of course okay.

Both Dusk and Dawn function as normal Mafia game eliminations, as well as Noon and Night function as normal mafia game night phases. They are functionally identical except they are distinct.
