Part of the problem I think is that the same setups are ran way too much. Literally every other game is the same setup. How many times do people want to play Tit for Tat, Pick Your Poison, etc. ?

I am always under the impression is that the queue is slow because Llama only offer new setups after

setup has finished sign-up while other queue will open new sign-up when one has finished signed up.
But I'm always under the impression it's more of a feature than a bug...or maybe I am wrong.

I asked to run one of two signups this time around. Both seem like they'd be popular but haven't heard which one the listmod would like me to run. At least both would have a different mechanic than the ones running currently.
