I have a problem with Open 740 because it can easily become a follow the cop if one doc and cop out

except scum can then kill the outed doc then the cop giving only one clear...i think it's pretty much fine as a setup

Cop can out D1 and be unkillable for a minimum of 2 nights.
Thats if Docs get nabbed both nights back to back which is unlikely.

except the first doc death makes the cop macho, and without a doc outing it's dicey tryna have only one protection on the cop. :p
