Restless spirits filled a while ago. GiF's Jester game is at 7/13 (do it), xyzzy's is full(?) and FG should be entering signups soon with Guns and Roses.
If you're interested in a Ghost flavored game, however Vengeful Ghosts should be in the queue soon (after GiF fills or is yanked):
