Quipla - can you bid twice for the same card? so if for example you go first in the draft and want 10clubs 10clubs 10 diamonds, you get both 10 clubs? or anywhere in the draft and you want to try and get both of the same card? I did look through the rules again and didn't think I saw this addressed.

everyone sends in a whole number
duplicates get bumped behind the single-picks
triplicates get bumped behind the duplicates
etc.
lowest single-picked number picks first, down the line
any duplicates and a dice is rolled to see who gets priority in the duplicate
once it's your turn in the draft, pick 3 cards you want-
