Not sure if/where you want this, but, I do have some feedback on allowing the game-mods directly moderate the queue:
As long as you do

the system works. One of the major problems I found was that there would be no point where the mod themselves would pull the game, therefore clogging up the queue. Obviously, the mod themselves wouldn't wanna pull their own game, therefore they'll just let it sit in the queue.

The second thing that I noticed is that people were kinda confused when their game was actually in sign-ups. I get that that's the entire point, but, it just created confusion. If you're there to say that "Game X has begun sign-ups" then allow the mod to handle the rest, that'd work. However, if you leave it to our own devices, it'll fail.

The third thing I noticed is that I personally didn't know if my game was in the queue or not. I'm sure a bunch of the other mods would agree on this point, but, I really couldn't tell if I was in the queue or not. If we got down to the botom of the list, who goes next? We don't know for certain who would because you didn't tell us anything.

Lastly, allowing the mods to run the entire queue will just always fail. You have to be there to some degree to control things. Otherwise, things juts fall apart, and we end up with what we had here.

tl;dr - as long as you're there to tell us when games go into signups/fill, update the mod queue, and pull games if they've been in signups for too long, you should be able to safely leave everything else to the mods.
