Preferences:

Don't mind having hydras, but I prefer a maximum of 6 heads total split between all hydras.

Activity level one post every 24 hours is fine, with leniency on prodging. One post of content in 48 hours though probably should be enforceable. I prefer shrinking deadlines.. so maybe 14 days then 13 then 12 until a minimum of 7 for days.

Just my opinion not a deal breaker thing.

On a spec note I see 0 reason to not only ignite when igniting is auto win. You deny flips that way.

From an EV standpoint, there should never be any reason to.

Practically, however, it is certainly useful to remove any voices that are obviously town and have good reads.

Theoretically scum doesn't want people who've already been doused lynched. It's almost like a doctor protection happening after a mislynch. That does impact EV, but probably not enough to really matter.

Also, ditto the maybe replace later bit from smith.
