Ah that's fair, I always do 7/3 phases as I think it stimulates more time pressure to get stuff done without being chokingly short. I also think more variation on-site is kewl beans.

Deadline extensions are always a possibility and can be requested on a case-by-case basis, but I'm not all too strict.

It's largely because there's some stuff that gets resolved during Nights, a fair bit of stuff. You'll see

If all players have sent their actions and stuff a Night will end early however.
