Nineteen players square off in a game with flavor picks from any post-apocalyptic media from any time (including tv shows, comics, novels, music videos, computer games, films, or anything else really)
When you sign up, PM me three characters from any post-apocalyptic media, i.e., "1. Ellie from The Last of Us, 2. Ada Wong from Resident Evil 2, 3. Furiosa from Mad Max: Fury Road"
There will be only one groupscum faction, and their number may range from 3-4 (including potential mafia traitors). There may be more than one third party role, including up to one jester or jester-like ability. (Jester win does not cause other factions to lose)
There will be at least twelve town players and at least 3 mafia players
10 day day 1, 8 day dayphases after that, 2 day nights
Maximum of 6 additional hydra heads (so theoretically up to 6 2-player hydras) -- first come, first serve. All hydras must sign consistently or make it clear which head is posting and have a single handle associated with their hydra name. While stealth hydras are OK, the handle of which head is posting should still be consistent. I must be made aware of the main of stealth alts and hydras even if the main is not going to be revealed to the list.
This game uses WotM and WotC l-2. Players that have repeatedly been force-replaced due to activity are likely to be wotm'd
Jingle is backup modding and reviewing. Skitter will also be reviewing
This will be a swingy game but not role madness. This game might not have a vanilla town or mafia goon, but it will have at least one "vanilla town"-like role and one "mafia goon"-like role. I do not guarantee that you will be able to guess how each role works mechanically. Most "new" roles will involve the "scavenging/equipment" system which I am still tweaking. I think this will be *slightly* less swingy than Anime Upick but Krazy's Anime Upick is probably a good ballpark for the level of swing in this game.
For clarity, I will be making six initial pools randomly: vt, negativeutility/lowpower/named roles, TPR, groupscum, 3rd party(/ies), mod discretion. These initial pools will be random and not flavor based.
Please give me at least three days to design and review the game after signups are complete.

The hardest thing about this will be remembering all the media (literature, films, television shows, western animation, anime, webcomics in particular, and video games) that are post-apocalyptic and narrowing it down so may take me a bit to submit the picks but you can bet your ass that I'll HAVE them.
(Probably regardless going to reserve at least two for some flash games tho because I talked to Krazy about a few of them. )
Pretty openly. I'd prefer not too many picks from things where the world 'seems like it might end but then is saved in the end' but things with flashbacks or where it's not post-apocayptic at the very beginning is fine. Or where it's not really clear if it's a 'world-wide' event but could be is also okay. You can ask me questions about picks on discord if you're unsure
Within them I've apparently got 4 scum wins, 4 town wins, and 2 town losses which were AliVPine and an Alisae lolbalance hydra upick, and tbh I feel like I won both of those games because in one of them I got to die and not read the rest of the game and in the other I think I got a sub 120 minesweeper expert time

While I generally err on the side of inclusivity I'm not sure I want to include shows that are only post-apocalyptic through fan theory rather than style/motif/iconography
