This is the first of a five game series I am starting. They will all be based on a different part of the typical band: guitarists, bassists, drummers, vocalists, and producers/engineers.
Now, I'm not necessarily going to do them back to back, other games might come up in between, but I have planned a grand finale for this series of games. Although, it is going to stay open since we never know what may happen during them.
Guitarists are first up on the ballot! I have selected 21 guitarists that have made an impact in my life through one way or another. Could be from inspiration and/or enjoyment. Every role will have the flavor of one of these individuals.
The whole point of this series is to simply spread my love of music and it's creators with all of you. The takeaway is whatever you want it to be. If you're just trying to play some mafia, that's cool too!
This is one of my most ambitious setups to date, and I believe we will all enjoy seeing what comes out of it. In the realm of Baker-Level Bastard, I believe this is the most Baker-Level it's ever been.
There won't be any crazy flavor story in this game like some of my previous ones, just me talking about guitar and stuff! This is probably my most selfish game because there's nothing I love more than talking about music.
I have selected a video on youtube (sent in the Role PMs) for each player that I think showcases that musician the best, or at least gives you a good understanding of their abilities without being some shoddy video. These will mostly be guitar playthroughs (super nerdy, I know lol).
I can't and don't want to force anyone to do anything, but I hope that and implore you to watch the videos I send in each Role PM. I'll let you know in advance that they all hail from the metal world which is my bread and butter, and that might not be your thing.
Again, not a requirement, just a desire. I love all of you no matter what!
