last I checked there was a "low demand" rule that extended the signup period as long as it got a 2/3 way filled and there wasn't a lot of games in queue to begin with.

Oh, I didn't read the new rules I just remember always seeing that in the old one. Just thought he wanted the "don't post here as a player" as the top spot instead and moved the demand thing to a different spot,
