The game difficulty dictates how complex the setup is going to be.
The choices are: Normal (Easiest), Hard, Very Hard, Overkill (Special Mechanics will show up from onward), Mayhem, Death Wish (Hardest), and Death Sentence (GIF goes full sadist)
The one with most choices will be picked as the difficulty.
