Actually thinking about this, this is probably a dumb question.
But I know at one point, Mini-sized Opens were played in Little Italy. So that is the source of my confusion. But I'm guessing they are not counted.

Only games in Little Italy and Coney Island (Mini Normal and Mini Theme queues) count toward this restriction.
