Sorry, but you don't seem to have enough games played to IC. Unfortunately, since you have two completed newbie games, if you want to play another newbie, you'd have to replace in. (SE slots are only available once you've completed at least one game outside The Road to Rome.)
Also, as a general PSA, first-time ICs are only added to the queue after they've been reviewed and approved.

I may have misunderstood the rules when I read them, but does that last bit mean a newbie waiting for their first game (me) can replace in?

Yep, you're welcome to replace in! However, since this is your first game, this would be INSTEAD of playing a game from scratch.

Need these two Newbie slots. Any player not already in his/her first game may PM me for this slot.
I wonder what the record is for most replacements in a Newbie game is. This makes 8 for Newbie 1555 and 7 for Newbie 1556. Well, that's probably not close to the record, but it's still too many...

According to Toomai's stats thread, the records for replacements in the Matrix6 setup are 8 slots or 11 players.

You think that's bad, go look at Newbie 1534. I had to replace 7 different slots at least once in that game. 11 total replacements.
