I hate the reasoning for getting rid of Best Pro-Town Team, Mafia is a team game.

To put a real world analogy in there, Jordan Jankowsky was horrible last year. Still a World Series Champion. You don't need to give banners, but, getting rid of an award just because people "got carried" is just bad.

They did get rid of Best Actor in a Drama Series after Bryan Cranston won the third in a row for Breaking Bad.
