your judgment is vital here, either way RCI should be more balanced than GIM (I see RCI as more balanced and down-to-earth).

If it's unbalanced or unfun, it should be nullified.

Self-Aligned Peacemaker
You win when three consecutive phases pass without a kill (Day, Night, Day or Night, Day, Night). Mod Note: If the Peacemaker achieves their win condition, the game immediately ends with them as the winners. Other neutral third party can still win (e.g.: jesters) if they achieve their win conditions beforehand, but town/mafia/etc. cannot win with the Peacemaker, unless otherwise specified by another role.

To aid you in this task, you possess the following abilities:

2-Shot Bulletproof: You will survive the first two kill attempts that would otherwise succeed on you.
Ascetic: You are immune to non-killing actions.

You may only use one active ability each night.
Active Ability #1: Silence: Render the targeted player voteless during the next day phase.
Active Ability #2: Neighborize: Create a NEW (i.e.: don't reuse the same thread from previous night(s)) neighborhood PT with the targeted player for the rest of the game. Daytalk is determined by the moderator's own rules and the setup.
Active Ability #3: Diplomatic Pressure: Rolestop and roleblock the targeted player preventing them from taking any actions and preventing any other actions being performed successfully on them.

Town 2-shot Scumfinder

Twice in the game during night, you may investigate a player.

You get an Innocent result if your target can win while the Town wins. You get a Guilty result if this isn't the case.

Town, Survivor, Jester, Unjester, and Lyncher are examples of Innocent results.
Groupscum (e.g. Mafia), Cult, and Serial Killer are examples of Guilty results.

I actually consider this role independent scum, as the wincon blocks the Town wincon.

I distinguish between neutral third party like Jesters and Neutral Survivors and self-aligned third party roles like Serial Killers. The Peacemaker role would fall under the second category.

You are independently aligned scum. You have a "factional" kill.

You are immune to all actions from Mafia-aligned players.

You win when everyone else is dead or nothing can prevent this from happening.

Alignment: Groupscum Hunter
-You have a factional kill you can use two times.
-You have a factional chat if there is more than one Groupscum Hunter
-There can not be any more than one Groupscum Hunter per 8 players in the game.
If you have fulfilled your win condition you leave the game.
Win condition:Target(not visit or kill, just target) one (or more) groupscum member(s)(Mafia Werewolf Alien and other antitown factions with a factional chat) with your factional kill and ensure that the Town wins the game... and/or kill two groupscum members with your factional kill.
