i remembered this thread exists and it deserves to be revived so i’m reviving it
my brain is small so looking for hydra partner for any game of your choosing. i am bad with hydra names but will bring exceptional good vibes and at least a post a day
To be fair, I have never been in a hydra before. How do they work exactly? And if the hydra partners have drastically different timezones and preferences, how may they work together on a consensus?
(By the way, my timezone is UTC+10 and preferred time format is d/m/Y H:i:s. Just in case, I, one day want to be in a hydra.)
My first hydra partner at MS was in a vastly different time zone from mine. I was UTC-8 and he was UTC+8. We usually had a good 3-4 hours of overlapping free time most days to work on our games together. And we trusted each other work on the games separately when the other wasn't around.
Some hydras may only play when they're both around, but I don't think that's the norm. As long as there are opportunities to sync every couple days, partnerships work out fine.

Oh. So timezones don't matter. Wait, do the hydra partners have to login at different times?
They can be logged in and posting at the same time. Figuring out which head makes which post can be a lot of fun. Some hydras like to impersonate each other or develop a unique blended posting style.

Though, figuring out the heads would be hard if both partners do a good job imitating each other.

I’m looking for extremely ACTIVE hydra partners, because I intend to be much lower activity if I decide to play anything.
