Once in the game during night, you may use your active ability with unavoidable force. This ability is treated as untargeted for all purposes.

Your active ability is a random active ability from the Grand Idea Mafia thread.

Mod Note: Roll on the Grand Idea Mafia thread until you get an active ability. The player knows what ability they can use. Ignore any modifiers.

If used in a Triplicate Action Resolution game, a Force of Something role is treated as a Meticulous indirect action - making it nearly impossible to interact with!

Bodyswapper


During the night, you may target a player. That player will die, and you will gain/replace your second rolecard from their rolecard, discarding the win condition of that card. Additionally, you lose all previous statuses you had and gain all statuses that your target had.
  • Players who attempt a killing action on you will instead kill your target.
  • If your target would die during this night, your ability passively fails.
You win when you are the last one standing.

Once in the game during night, you may have anyone attempting to target you get charged with a mysterious energy and receive a star counter (☆).

Mod Note: This role charges someone with a mysterious energy indefinitely. (Roles like Mysterious Eidolon can lose mysterious energy charge)

Mysterious energy is mysterious, it will have a subtle effect. Mysterious energy is a lingering effect that lasts indefinitely. Mod Discretion applies on mysterious energy's effect.

Each night, you may stop all effects affecting a target player.

A role designed for Triplicate Action Resolution. This is a rolestopper that stops effects instead of actions (a standard Rolestopper in Triplicate Action Resolution stops actions), similar to how I think a Normal Rolestopper works.

All X-shot roles are now X-failure roles, depleting an additional shot if their action either produced interfered with results (such as roleblocking) or non-useful results (such as finding expected investigative results or a heal being unneeded.)

Anyone targeting you will be notified that they are stuck in a mire. Anyone stuck in a mire has their only action be to try to escape the mire during the Night. If their action succeeds they are notified that they have escaped and can act as normal again.

Town Artificer (Mod Discretion, Reroll, Enchanted Fae Bauble)


You have three artifacts to bestow upon other players. You may not use bestowable artifacts, you may only bestow them. Artifacts are items that may be used multiple times.

List of artifacts you may bestow:
Mod Discretion - This is an artifact of the moderator's choice.
Reroll - Reroll and use the reroll result as an artifact, removing any schedule restriction (modifiers that limit when you can use an ability e.g. X-shot, Night Specific, Backup) modifiers.
Enchanted Fae Bauble - A mysterious artifact of the fae world.

Mod Note: The Enchanted Fae Bauble is a mysterious item with a mysterious ability that may be active and single target, active and zero target, and/or passive. The Enchanted Fae Bauble may be used as a single target item even if it has no active effect, and it will only visit if it actually wants to visit.

Once in the game during night, you may learn a player's base role, not including any modifiers.

Example results: a Modifier Cop would see two 1-shot modifiers when targeting this role, and a Base Role Cop would see Modifier Cop and Base Role Cop when targeting this role.
