A marathon is a time when the people of mafiascum.net come together to run and play much faster paced games than normal, lasting anywhere between 20 minutes to a couple hours.

Yeah, sorry, marathon games usually 1. take place in a single sitting, 2. are only organised a couple times a year.

If you're looking for ~48 hour Days you may want to check out Mafia Universe? I've never played on that website, so I could be wrong, but I think they have games with shorter deadlines than on here. Unfortunately, the vast majority of games on this forum have longer deadlines, and I think many people here *specifically* like the longer deadlines, so it's difficult to find interest for a game with ~48 hour deadlines.
