About these awards, how are they handed out? Do the mods who run the games hand these out? Handing out these awards should be highly recommended/required.

Since moderators are independent to the games, they can also be the ones who determines when an actual scumslip happens. I like the idea of these awards a whole lot.

No idea, but that was an epic 1-and-a-half-year-necro you did there.

I have no control over such things but the idea of these awards kick ass. I didn't realize it was necro but it's worth seeing.
