I don't think the discarded heroes should be announced. You can't see the 3 heroes that each player draws in the actual game mode in the first place.

Don't think there should be any bans because the bans added to ranked AP was because too many noobs would rather bitch and moan than figure out how to counter certain heroes A LA TECHIES (rip)

Can only really be done D1, otherwise it'll take too long and too much stalling. 24hr time period to select captain, then the banning and picking occurs in thread. I'm not sure how we're going to control activity because the key in CM lies in having the 2 player captains being active so that everything can be done in a reasonable span of time.
