I don't want to be rude, but you have been on the site for less than a week.

I don't think there's any particular reason to think that you're up to balancing a large theme or even a mini theme.

Why is it signed up as an SE, then? Something alts are explicitly prohibited from doing?

Yeah, but legitimately alts are explicitly prohibited from being SE until they have requisite experience on that account, which this one does not.
