How about one centered around Twelfth Night? Probably 13 players, and there'd be neighborhoods based on flavor. But the roles would be independent of flavor and neighboring.

Sickofit and I are in the early stages of designing a series of games based on Shakespeare.

That would be fascinating. You'd have to define some parameters of what actions are acceptable, though, or you could get some crazy shit happening.

Its called Lucid Dreamers. It gets run a lot on marathon weekends, i know I'll definitely be running it this february. I think its been done as a full game too tho
