New role idea: Senator

Okay, stop me if you've heard this one..

How about a series of roles that each carry more than one vote? E.g.

Plebian
- 1 Vote (14 in a game)

Senator
- 2 Votes (5 in a game)

Consul
- 3 Votes (2 in a game)

Total votes
: 30

These roles would only define votes for the day time but each character would also have other Mafia game roles (Townsperson, Mafia or Cop). Any chance it would work?
