Town Lazy Votecounter


While you are alive votes at deadline are resolved by plurality, with ties being no elim. A majority vote before deadline is still successful. The main game thread is made aware of these changes but not the source.

You start off with a random player whose votes you are too lazy to count. That player's vote do not count while you are alive but the player still counts for determining what is a majority. At any point you may pm the mod to change which player whose votes you are too lazy to count.

Each night you may visit a player to learn if they are a member of the mafia. This succeeds even if they would normally investigate as some other alignment.

Granter of Visions


Each night you may choose one player to grant a vision. This action cannot be prevented. They will have the first vision in the list they meet the trigger for. A player cannot have the same vision more than once each game. They will be informed that "They were plagued with visions of X all night."
  1. Visions of death
    -
    triggers on death
    : This player cannot die tonight by any means. Future kills on this player cannot be prevented by any means.
  2. Visions of imprisonment
    -
    triggers on action prevention
    : Actions this player takes tonight cannot be prevented by any means. After tonight that player is vanilla-ised.
  3. Visions of corruption
    -
    triggers on alignment change
    : This players alignment cannot be altered tonight by any means. If they are still alive at the start of the following night they are informed of your identity and their win condition becomes "You win if the Granter of Visions wins. Your win does not prevent other factions from winning."
  4. Visions of paranoia
    -
    triggers on investigation
    : All investigative actions on this player tonight are resolved as if the investigator is insane. Following tonight anyone who investigates this player cannot have their investigation prevented and cannot get inaccurate information by any means.
  5. Visions of failure
    -
    triggers if none of the above do
    : You lose any votes you might have had in the next day and do not count for reaching a majority for that day.
You cannot be killed at night by normal means.

You win if each living player has had a vision other than a "Visions of Failure" and you are still alive. Your win does not prevent other factions from winning.

In addition to any other constraints on role generation you may pick the author of your role card. The author must have at least enough cards for the mods role generation method to work (e.g. if the mod draws 5 cards and picks for balance the author must have at least 5 cards).

Each night you may visit a player. The first time in the game your most recently visited player dies (including by elimination), you will get 1-shot of an individual night ability from their role. If their role had multiple abilities you will get one at random and not be informed which one it is until after you use it.

Town Abductee


You have been abducted by a random player who has an anti-town win condition. Each night you may visit a player to learn if that is the player who has abudcted you. Unless your target is correct your action will be treated as roleblocked for other players (so, for example, a tracker would only see your visit if you visited your abductor). You may not vote and do not count for calculating a majority as long as your adbuctor is alive.

Your abductor knows your identity, but while they are alive their faction may not attempt to kill you or prevent your action. Resolve kills from other players as if your abductor is babysitting you.

If your abductor dies, you are immediately confirmed as town, and you gain back your vote and count for any vote calculations again. In addition it takes an extra vote to eliminate you.

I think there might need to be a rule that X cannot be Town for reasons that after saying this, should be obvious
