Roleblocker - Target a player to prevent them from taking any actions that night.

Receives results according to the normal guidelines on targets that are reasonably close to normal roles. If the targeted player does not possess a role that can be considered normal (in a slightly more relaxed definition than the nrg uses -- in particular, composite roles made up of 100% normal roles are normal under this definition), then No Result should be returned.
