Ircher's role sounds good. I think there was something very similar in Light and Darkness Mini Theme 1810.

Not really. Based on what I have seen in Mini 1810, this person can post an anonymous message at the start of each day, provided it is in poem form. (In Mini 1810, it could only be used on odd days, and I think it had to be a song rather than a poem).
