Gorilla Town

There is a zookeeper watching over your enclosure at Night. If you are targeted by any Night action that would be detected by a Watcher, the action fails and the zookeeper fatally shoots you. This cannot be blocked by the action itself, but if you somehow managed to obtain a Bulletproof vest beforehand, then you won't die. Death-by-zookeeper is treated as a suicide, rather than as a kill by the player who attempted to target you.

While a hypothetical Bulletproof Gorilla could be shot multiple times in one Night (and would possibly be an overpowered role), only one player can be the cause of a single zookeeper bullet. If you were targeted by multiple actions, only the first one that could have triggered your ability, according to the mod's action resolution scheme, does so. (In the case of a tie that can't be decided logically, it should be whichever was submitted first; if this isn't enough to decide, the mod should roll a die.) The rest fail too, though.

Upon activation of this mechanic, the other player—but not their alignment, their role or the action they used—is publicly identified by the mod the next Day. It should be unambiguous that they're being identified for visiting the Gorilla, and that the Gorilla is you, even if you somehow survived.

Inspired by certain events that took place four years ago today.

Fail Guy

You win with the mafia, but your vote only works if there are fewer than 3 other votes on the target. If they get a fourth vote on them at some point after yours, you'll be booted off the wagon and counted as "Not Voting".

Inspired by . Edited a couple times because I'm dumb.

Traffic Fans: A List

Reroll for alignment/wincon. I leave it to you to inform the player of that information.

Every player,
including you
, will be required to name a studio album by the band Traffic when confirming their role.
If town: There's no trick, literally just name one of the eight albums by the band with Steve Winwood. The playerlist should be able to figure out that whoever got your role is town because if not, they would have been asked about a different band. Anyway, whoever picks the same album as you do will be placed in a Neighborhood with you, and you'll all be told the full membership of that group so no one tries to hide.
If not town: No, not the English band, but the lesser-known Estonian band of the same name. You're scum, after all! Consequently the playlist should be able to figure out that whoever got your role isn't town. Whoever picks the same album as you do will be placed in a Neighborhood with you, and you'll all be told the full membership of that group so no one tries to hide.

You have no other special powers, functioning as a named townie/goon from here on out.

Every player is indeed told/required to name a studio album by the band Traffic when confirming their role, preferably during some kind of formal pregame N0. If this player is aligned with the town, it's specified that this refers to the band with Steve Winwood. Otherwise, it's specified instead that it refers to that random Estonian band I found on Wikipedia that only released three albums.

This player and whoever else picked the same album are added to a Neighborhood ostensibly devoted to discussing it. The members of this Neighborhood are all made aware of its full membership. Nothing happens to the rest of the playerlist.

Inspired by the Traffic Analyst role, which it's designed to confuse while functioning as a slight negative utility regardless of the player's alignment. Edited to use ooc tags

Anti-Pagetopper

You lose if any player, including yourself, whose role was taken from the top of a page in the Grand Idea thread (i.e., the opening post by BBMolla or something posted an integer multiple of 25 posts afterward) survives to the end of the game or wins before you do.
If you as mod display pages with a different preference, then you can change the definition of "pagetop" if you like but you must specify it for the player so that it's unambiguous which posts qualify.

You win if and when there is no longer any way for you to lose.

Inspired by...my hatred of people wasting posts for this nonsense.
