New Normal Guidelines

After long consultation with the Normal Review Group, we have decided on some new guidelines for Normal games on mafiascum.

Firstly, new roles!

• VTs are boring, please don't use them anymore
  
• at least one of Jester, Lyncher and Survivor must now be in every game
  
• Babysitters are awesome! Some gr8 guy invented them and you should check them out!
  
• Neighbors are now blacklisted
  (THANKS A LOT DGB)
  
  
• Millers should now be told they're Vanilla Town but flip as Mafia Goon
  
• Due to
  reinoe
  popular request, Voyeurs are Normal
  
• Something something mailman best friends something something

And some other things!

• Hydras are okay again
  
• There have been so many Touhou games run onsite, it's now Normal
  
• A mod will not get experience for running their game if someone doesn't fakeclaim a guilty as town
  
• No more than one anime avatar is allowed in a mini; two for a large
  
• All games must use British spelling
  
• The Newbie and Normal Queues will be merging to create the Norbie Queue

These changes will only affect new mods signing up from today. It does not affect any current games.

This does not affect games already in review, nor if you can prove you were already designing your setup before this announcement.
