Well, there are now 7 of us in 1 head, but only 4 of us that play. Planning to go on a long vacation after our current games end.
A lil worried about what would happen if the DCs from 1 of our persistent dream worlds begin to wake up and attain sentience, then somehow manage to cross over into this waking reality.. this head is crowded enough as is. Somehow we doubt we would be able to function very well with millions+ peeps trying to share a body, much less play mafia. =/

For some it's an excuse to be able to discuss an ongoing game with someone.
For others it's an excuse to lurk without getting prodded or replaced.

Usually each head does each of those.

I intend on forming a hydra to teach an irl frand how to play mafia, im slowly but surely convincing him to start playing

Aside from learning experience I can't really think of a justification for it tho, it's like cheating.

Actually now I don't even want to do what I just said, I'll try to fanagle the newbie queue to wind up in an SE spot in a game with him.

Two person hydras can be a good learning experience pending the playstyles that exist for both heads and each players desire to learn

Incredibly large hydras are just an excuse for some heads to be in a game without obligation. You can lurk and leave the responsibilities on whichever head wants to assume them the most

Also I do believe porochaz is correct I swear i recall a hydra that had 10+ heads in it. I believe it contained various members of Team Asshat and dahil

Reason to hydra:

If you've never been in a hydra with a Serene, you've never truly experienced all this site has to offer

Every player should have "hydra with a Serene" on its bucket list
