not all third parties are neutral and SKs in particular are an example of a third party which is basically never neutral...
they have their own win condition which
conflicts
with both town and scum's win con - this is different from an actual neutral third party (like a survivor or a jester that doesn't end the game) and is exactly the same as a second scum team (except that instead of hunting for a team you're hunting for an individual)
for all intents and purposes, a game with a SK in it is the same as a game with multiple scum teams EXCEPT that actual scum hunting is more effective in a SK game because the core scum team (assuming a single scum team) is larger (ergo more associations) and isn't legitimately hunting another team...
and both multiple scum teams and scumteam+SK are shit and should never be used in any game ever unless it's in mish mash
