I think that games which use WOTC system should be listed as such. That way, people who are likely to get WOTCed won't sign up for such games in the first place, so it will be ideal for all parties involved.

Wisdom of the crowd.
Basically allows people to vote to kick someone out of a game before it starts ideally because there's a general opinion that said player will make the game unfun for other players participating.
I've seen it used poorly in application at times and personally prefer to just not sign up for games that have people I'm not interested in playing with.

Technically speaking though, most mods do have a WoTC system, in that if several players say they'd rather not play with someone, they don't.

To an extent it's necessary. If there's a player that, say, 4 members of a playerlist will not play with, and joins the game after them, what's the fair option - replace the latter player at the others' request, or basically tell the 4 players to deal with it and replace out?

Now, when they start replacing people out at a single player's request with no justification, then it's a problem, but imo Wisdom of the Crowds works to an extent.

It's best handled via PM to the mod (not public) with reasons so the person can change but not have to know who is saying it. Ideally, people would be up front but this can be good too. It prevents cliquishness.
