By absorbing souls she is making an army of dead - making herself stronger - and she can continue to chat with the players who are gone.
The dead may end this effect and release their sole.

if she has players A and players B's sole and she cast exorcism after voting player C (this action is not targetting player C) the VC will be like:
C (3) : Death prophet , A , B
If thats the lynch state C will be putten in L1 instead.

Obviously dead players won't join any dead threads until they release their souls.Absorbing soul will happen at the end of twilight and a resurrection effect will stop it from taking place. The next dead player will be effected.

Notes

Telekinesis will remove all the blocking effects casted on that slot and all the blocking effects that slot is casting. For Example it will remove Anti mage passive.

People will use a Null field as their last chance for survive , before death. so if a healing is happening that will try to stop the kill first.

By using his ultimate he will receive the ability description (icon and details). if its related to another effect in place it will obey the main owner of the abilities effect , for example if Rubick copy exorcism , he will use the dead people Death Prophet absorbed.

Notes

Conjure Image is a complete reflection on you. If anyone attempts to kill you , redirect something on you , heal you , block you , or whatever else they will target that reflection. the illusion will be destroyed by the day start. The illusion is a replica of you so it will have the exact role pm and alignment of you.

By using sunder he may change the wagons. for example if the VC is like this :
A (2) : B , C
Terrorblade (3) : D , E , F
by using sunder on A the VC will be like :
A (3) : D , E , F
Terrorblade (2) : B , C

for casting a Mirror Image you shouldn't be voting anyone. You may cast the ability publicly or privately but you need to tell me which one of your 4 votes is the real one Privately. All 4 votes will seem real in the VC but 3 of them won't be counted in real (for a lynch). If someone is not votable your illusion voting (or the real one) on them, will fail.

Ensnare will remove all the redirection abilities (casted by them or casted on them / active or passive).

Song of Siren will remove all the people on the other team from the game for a whole cycle. they are alive and will be counted when messuring a wincon. They are not counted when measuring the majority. this ability is still can be stopped for example by Agility passive.

Song of the siren is channeling , if Naga siren dies the effect will be canceled immidiatly. if Naga siren cast any other abilities , the song of siren will be canceled.

for example if player A , B and C are visiting LC and she cast her level 1 , all 3 will receive 30% of the needed votes for their lynch in the start of next cycle. for example if 8 votes are required for a lynch all 3 will start with 2 votes. All the calculations will be done sepratly. forexample if player A needs 9 votes for a lynch he will start that day with 3 votes.

Press the attack effect will remain for the rest of the day phase.

As all you can see all 30 heroes are here and I started noting and parcticing resloving their actions on my notes. I'm really busy in next 4 days , but I guess the game will be on queue sooner.

There will be definitely an update before game start. so if It gets there I will halt the game start 1 or 2 days.

In this update:
- The picking methods won't change
- No new hero will be assigned

so the game may sign up regularly.

Naga Siren
"Song of siren" effected people won't be included in vote count. no voting ability on them won't work.

its clarified now that the team(clan) chats are open during all phases of game.

The votes which are casted by abilities are not treated like the main vote by default and will stay on the target even if the caster die (for example if enchantress dies and an impetus is already on its way , it will still put down the effect.) The caster actions must go through before their death though (for example earthshaker needs to stay alive at night to cast echo slam) this will be checked according to DNAR.

Terms Dictionary is updated.

I agree (not about him being broken in this but in actual dota!) playing him needs so much skill though so its semi balanced!

its not blocking actions! all the actions will go through and will be considered successful! he just won't die or receive any messages or neighbourhoods and stuff!

Its clarified that bane will be indeed counted as a visitor and will be in the nightmare he casts.

Phantom Assassin [overrided]
the phantom strike is changed in a way that everyone will still be seen targeting phantom assassin although the effect will be redirected to PA's target.

Phoenix [overrided]
Icarus Dive is now a targetable action. she may choose her target from now on.

Pudge
Dismember cooldown increased from 2 cycles to 3.
Meat hook is a night action.

Sandking [overrided]
Epicenter is changed in a way that not town player casts of that will still remove the effects in game state.
Burrowstrike is clarified in role pm.

The wording in his role pm is fixed to make it look better.

You may cast 4 votes on a slot using your first vote modifier and dagger during the day. if you have a gifted vote , your ultimate will double them as well causing you to be even more harmful.

The effects will be redirected but they will be seen visiting Phantom assassin.

Notes

Icarus Dive will commute Phoenix on another slot. causing her to be something like an extended bodyguard (everyone will still be seen targetting her target but she will be taking all the effects). She will be commuted from her slot.

After casting Fire Spirits she gets four shots of the ability of "launching Fire Spirit"

She may change her target of sunray ending the hated effect on them and putting it on a new slot without need to recast the spell. She can end the effect whenever she wants to end the hated effect on both her target and herself.

Supernova will resurrect a lynched target. The lynched person will die but won't reveal - causing all the wincons to get processed. The lynched person is dead during all the night phase. The target will start living again starting from next day phase. phoenix may cast this on her self as well.

SuperNova is channeling. If Phoenix dies before its effect finishes or if she casts any abilities during this time, the one she is trying to resurrect will flip.

"You received four charges of "Fire Spirit" that you may launch them with day active / 1 cycle cooldown "Launching Fire Spirit" ability that will roleblock your targets for the next 24 hours during day phase.

Both Phoenix and her Ray target will receive " You need one less vote to get lynched."

After the reborn of supernova ; all the previously casted abilities on the target will be reseted and all the other end night passive abilities will apply to the them.

"Your dead now but you will be revived at the start of [phase]"

The day some one reborns Everyone will see "[Player name] came back to life."
