It depends on the person who's doing it, but speaking from a place where I'm usually that person: Try to explain to them where they're wrong. Using logic, showing them the flaws in their arguments, and not just with "You're wrong" or similar statements that will just enrage them and encourage them to keep doing it. I get lost in deathtunnels in almost every game I play, yet actions like the above have made me snap out of it multiple times.

I have seen an A vs B scenario where B started cussing at players after being called out for using a logical fallacy to argue against A's logical fallacy. I tried to talk B down, but it didn't work. He got lynched and flipped Town Cop. Ending D1 by losing a belligerent Cop really hurt.
