Okay, I've had enough. You want improvement, real actual improvement, I get that, but you going the wrong way about it.

Your idea of 'improvement' consists of completely ostracizing someone from nearly every single game that's even remotely interesting. There is no improvement to be reached there. Why? Because in 99% of those games, you demote a player to being VT, making said player lethargic because the role lacks excitement which comes from a role in rolemadness game. This means there is no ground for improvement.

If you want improvement, don't kick the offending user out of the game, as that leaves no room for them to improve. Thus they will always be kicked out while those who kicked them out are waiting for improvement which will never come because said users has been constantly kicked out of the games previously.

If you understand my confusing text, good for you. If you don't or don't care, don't bother replying because you replying is bound to start an argument which will go in circles with no solution in sight and will eventually get ugly.
