How many times do you need to be told about being civil to people, dude?

this site honestly confuses me a ton with what you can and can't say, and how sensitive some people are and how bullish others are. im a part of a lot of forums, and i always expect one basially centered around arguing with people to habe thick skin, but guess my judgments off cause it seems a lot stricter here than even reddit. mulch's reply brought it personal with "your just salty she outplayed you". is fuck off over a line there? I legit don't get it. sorry :/

I don't mean to be annoying but I dnt get why? like do you consider fuck off an unassailable reply? he tried to make it personal with saying I was salty, I told him to fuck off because that is a bullshit path to go down.ypu say it's totally obvious...? maybe we should pm I don't understand where you're coming from at all and you seem to believe it should be blindingly obvious so we aren't seeing eye to eye.

and to the topic: it was a normal queue game, 3 kills is very uncommon so for Mary to be sk we had to accept that they were an sk who didn't kill for 3 days and started the exact night after the final mafia lynch, there was 3 unrestricted kills in a normal game, the gunsmith had a second false negative (we had already known a false positive and a false negative), and on top of that Mary was in the vig or lynch pool anyways.

Just think "will I come off like a prick if I say this?" and if the answer is "yes" then don't say it. If you think that saying fuck off doesn't make you look like a prick, then er...I can't help you.

Chara's play in DBZ was pretty distant. Scumteam (me) pegged it as being the SK until ABR was obv the SK. I was really banking on Chara's scumminess to drive a wedge between it and Almost50, which seemed to be the closest to a scum win condition. I failed and I think I did a lot of things wrong in that game. Its reads in that game were good... at least Chara didn't townread my insanity like Alisae did

I keep thinking, "Oh! Scummies updated! I got nominated for more rewards because I'm the best ever!" and then, no, no one got nominated for any rewards; no one is even discussing nominations or rewards; people are just arguing over what's civil and accepted on-site, as if there isn't a clear-cut rules list about it.

Perhaps you should consider a handful of things:
The site is intended as an all-ages forum and has rules in place intended to preserve an inclusive atmosphere.
People in real life have various responses to a variety of crass and vulgar remarks; people online are the same--it turns out people online ARE actual people in real life!
If you wouldn't say it to a relative stranger in real life, why would you do it online, where there's an archived record of you making the remark?
This is a thread about nominating players for arbitrary rewards, ego stroking, and discussing said nominations and ego-stroking; take other discussions elsewhere, maybe?
