What do you consider 'Normal'?

I go the other way round, the vast majority of games I run are unthemed but run as Theme because they're clearly mechanically abNormal. (The most common thing that I change is the win conditions, but I'm increasingly changing voting mechanics instead or as well, nowadays.)
