You bring a Closed Setup in here.

Me and my crack team (I'll just yell at antihero and Radiantcowbells to help)
Decide if it's balanced.
Or if it's extremely unbalanced, town leaning, or scum sided.

Please don't bring a setup you plan on running.
Pref a setup that already ran.

I would say this is townsided given the amount of clears.
Probably not overtly townsided though since no investigatives.
Chances of it swinging depend on night kill and who friendly neighbor visited night one.

Four confirmed town in a 13 player game is a lot.
Scum essentially can't kill the VTs.

friends and enemies has a high-ish scum win rate and so adding one more confirmed probably evens it up
