You use one of the labeled rows/columns(not the un-labeled ones that are just mafia roles).

Is the Strongman 1-Shot? If not, it seems to defeat the purpose of the Jailkeeper, which will be rendered practically useless. The 1-shot Strongman is to stop Tracker from claiming Day 1.

Strongmen can be stopped by roleblocks right?
If not then I guess yeah they'd have to be 1 shot.

Guys thoughts on: Not doing BP strategy early D1 but maybe late D1 as some scumhunting can happen then maybe? Like I want to join a newbie as IC so like... yeah.

But then the BP would be less believable when they claim. What if the scumteam was 2 goons and they suspected someone of being the jailkeeper? Then they could claim 1 shot BP.
