My general rule on behavior is that “If you manage to post something that pisses off or offends me, you will incur my wrath, because that gives a lot of leeway. Like for example, realistic threats of violence. (Cartoonish threats of violence are okay and even encouraged)

I just like...I mean I'm dubious of most things iron says as a general rule, but also I asked him for examples because I've legitimately never seen this happen. I've seen people get force replaced and I've even seen people request someone be replaced, but that is particularly rare, and in my experience most people replace out themselves rather than requesting someone get replaced.

I do not think I've ever seen what he's claiming to have occurred, which is baiting a good player to get into a heated argument and then demanding that player get replaced. I am unaware of that as a thing that happens. And I've played a lot of games where I get into heated arguments. It's one of my things. Idk.

longer day cycles means more time for sorting. also more time for making mistakes, but if youre using your time effectively, the longer deadlines are pretty rad (and also make it harder for low content posting scum to get away with doing nothing all game).

Yah, like every couple of years or so. I much prefer writing flavor though, so usually I mod in hydras.
