No, I'm actually annoyed by the trolling. I get that it's a thing in the regular discussion forums, but Mafia Discussion is supposed to be held to a higher standard. People should be able to discuss the game of mafia without having to worry about reading between the lines to figure out someone's true feelings about a topic.

Don't troll, just answer seriously.

Listen kid...

If people think that you're a really good player, then keep the myth going by not posting bad advice in Mafia Discussion.

Or, actually help people by giving good advice and counsel.

Always voice intent first. It's really much better if the player has an opportunity to claim before death is inflicted upon them. You might even figure out that it's not even the best way to go!

I left the site and this happened?

Personally I think intentionally hammering without intent as town is blacklist worthy, except in special cases involving power roles. (Example: on the fallout shelter I played a game where a Follower in a neighbourhood got a guilty. They coordinated a quick hammer on confirmed scum without intent).

But the one game I played where there was a lolhammer from town, I was scum, but the hammer was on PR and sapped out player interest so much that the game eventually got abandoned.

Lolhammers / early lynches without much discussion really hurt town, and I wouldn't blame people for blacklisting over them. The intent isn't a major part of that, though; it's a bad idea whether you state intent or not. (The benefit of stating intent in that situation is that someone else might unvote in response when they realise that someone is seriously suggesting it.)

I think quick hammering is okay sometimes.
