Most Infamous Mafia Games Of All Time?

Here's something I wanted to create a thread on as it's a subject I find interesting.

What do you guys think are the most infamous mafia games to have ever been played?

Two examples I have in mind, both from Mafia Universe:
(It's all right, I can hear everyone groaning already...)

TMC Season 4, Game 5: So You Think You Can Be Super?
Why it's infamous: In a 2v1 LyLo situation, one of the two remaining town members made a fake vote (subtly misspelling the player's name) in order to trick the last mafia member into outing themself. The gambit was considered to have exploited a loophole in the rules, so the mafia were awarded a no-contest (still a win for town though). In fact, this game is the reason why MU now flags up invalid votes.
Relevant pages: 100-101

Danganronpa Mafia (The Anonymous Mash one)
Why it's infamous: Two of the town players in the game were found to have been a couple in real life. After one of them died in the game, they were able to relay to their partner what was being discussed in the spectator chat. This ended up compromising the integrity of the game such that it had to be called off.
Relevant page: 306

Apologies if everyone and their mother already knows about these two examples. Besides, something can't be infamous if it's not well known, am I right?

Curious to see what "MIMGOATs" others have to share here.

These games you listed are infamous solely because of 1-2 players

Chess Mafia.
Large Normal 92. ("Normal", in that this is the game which singlehandedly was the cause for forming the NRG, and serves as the first and best example of why we're a necessary group to have.)

Also.
Civilization Mafia.
Tales of You.
Plenty of other former record holders on the Largest Games record page, too.
Most of these are gonna be Large Themes, for good reason.

Battle Mage
Phoebus
, a Scum Mason, has won!
... wow!

Civilization mafia was a truly infamous mafia game. The game integrity there wasn't ruined in a single moment by a single player.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. I've just read the "glory moment" from Space Monkeys and a bit of the ending of the game as well. Gonna look at CFM12 next.

Does anyone have the game number for Civ Mafia? Apologies if I missed it.

What was it like back then that there wasn't a loud "fuck off this is bastard" over this?

I guess you also had to screen for bastard setups at one point?

Yikes

Drealm's Rocky Horror Picture Show...

Never forget it. It died so painfully from both Mod and Player basically killing everything.

Made me not try a Large Theme game again until recently. I also think Drealm disappeared after that game? I bailed the site around April before I made this account and restarted my journey.

Big mood
It was also the game where Drealmerz just decided “to hell with everything” and shat on everyone
Poorly explained mechanics/refusal to explain things
Lack of any death or flips causing horrible apathy
Mod flaking
Game cancellation due to mod flaking, which the mod blamed ok THE PLAYERS
Yeah, even if drealz die return he’s not welcome imo

I left before he went downhill because he explained my role poorly and because my actions were useless unless I did it the second he posted the phase started... Which was random as fuck.

So yeah, it's Infamous for a horrible reason, but still applies to the thread.

Heck, make this a "Top 10 Games gone Wrong" thread.

That's kinda how it works.

Otherwise, it'd be famous.

The most infamous Mafia games of all time?
Well, I am not sure if this is really this widely known, it was a micro, after all, but it certainly deserves it...

But see for yourselves... if you insist:

Lucky's Lucky Upick Lollapalooza

That wasn’t a super bad game, just pretty broken

A Day 1
page 1 quicklynch
, a horrible
moderror
that resulted in the wrong mafia nightkill target, a pretty normal Day 2, until...
the moderror came out...
a dumb day 3 quicklynch, partially due to an unnecessary town lie about role...
then a
mod flaking
the game, and many MYLO situations with nokill and nolynch, within a second moderror(of the listmod who took over the game by then) and finally a
Day 18 Lynch
. Distribution of roles seems to have been wrongly handled too, but I don't know when.

And that all in a micro.

The worst part was I was ALSO in that as Bambietta.

I'm in 2 of the above mentioned games now. What is my luck.
