Self-Voting Statistics

I'm curious to see how often self-voting comes from each alignment, so if you see a game where a player self-votes, please log it here [and include the player(s), their alignment(s), and whether or not it was a self hammer or an RVS self-vote] for statistical purposes.

Recording games with no self-votes will also help the data set be more accurate.

I think unless town self-hammering is going to officially be considered gamethrowing, which it kind of is based on your statistics, it looks more town indicative sadly - it’s going to continue. :/

I'm not sure, but I don't think that's significant. It's probably because there's literally more town than scum in games.

Stats is fine and stuff as long as it doesn't turn into "according to stats town are more likely to selfvote so his selfvote is probably town."

Good idea. There have been efforts to begin this with marking whether or not it happened in RVS. We could also add tags for emotional and not emotional engagements?

I put myself at L-1 as scum (SK) in Overkill 1.

I have self-voted as town twice on MU though, once out of guilt and the other because I was pissed off and disheartened at being wrongly scumread.

I don’t do that anymore because I don’t want to gamethrow but there’s still a part of me that secretly wants to, just to piss off the people who wrongly scumread me but I won’t do that, no matter how angry I am about it.
