You know what this name needs...more Cowbell. From the moment you bang your Cowbell, you have 10 posts by your target to have them say a target word. You can't say the taboo words. Plurals, synonyms and ings (ex: run and running) are close enough for the target and taboo. If you succeed, you and your target get a neighborhood. If you fail, your target is roleblocked.

This automatically fails if the target says the target word prior to you ringing the Cowbell.
