Create a proposal on stack exchange?

Hi!

I've been playing mafia on other sites and in the real world (I hope we don't consider it calling like this =]). I've went through many calculations with different setups and I'd like to start mafia from the discussional point of view and its' theory. Would this community like to have a second site, with the purpose of discussing, asking and answering questions about theory in the Mafia (party game)?
