Two quick quesstions.

1. Do Vanilla-Less games (Games where everyone is a PR) exist on this site?
2. If so, is it possible to have somewhat balanced Vanilla-Less games? Or are they all horribly broken?

1. Yes. The term we use is "role madness."

2. In theory, they can be balanced. That said, balancing role madness games is quite hard, and we have had our fair share of broken ones. Even the good ones are going to fall within a pretty wide range (in other words, they will be very swingy).
It's always the same. When you fire that first shot, no matter how right you feel, you have no idea who's going to die. You don't know whose children are going to scream and burn. How many hearts will be broken. How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they're always going to have to do from the very beginning... SIT DOWN AND TALK!

Most balanced ones I've played are where the alignments and roles are independently randomized and the roles are weak enough where this sort of thing doesn't even matter anyway.

Balance is likely not as important as swinginess in this context anyway.
Everything you say and do matters. People will respond in ways you may never see. May those responses be what you intend.

I’m modding a role madness game, Shakespeare themed. In sign ups now.

They happen decently often. This is actually my first vanilla-less, though, at least in games that don’t have a unique mechanic.
